Reasons for undeliverable packages

Problems with the address

The address is incorrect or out of date. Check the address carefully when placing your order.

Our system does not accept the way you entered the address. The house number is often forgotten.

The address was illegible. In some cases, address labels can be damaged/dirty during transport.

Failed delivery attempts

The recipient was not at home.

The mailbox was not labeled sufficiently.

The recipient refused to accept the shipment.

Damaged package

The package was damaged during transport.

If your shipment cannot be delivered, it will be sent back to us. In this case, please contact us to request a reshipment or a refund. An automatic refund will not be made.
