If the customer orders a product that is only marked "Pre-order" in the online shop, a binding purchase contract is concluded between the customer and Bluestein GmbH.

In such a case, however, the customer has the right to cancel the contract free of charge by making a corresponding declaration as long as the customer has not yet received any information about the dispatch of the pre-ordered product. Any existing statutory right of cancellation for consumers remains unaffected by this.
