Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, e-mail or via our Help Center).

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund the payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (as well as the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). Processing returns can take up to fourteen days.
