Before you can send the goods back to us, you must send us a cancellation (e.g. by email or via our Help Center).

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of the cancellation of this contract.

Please ensure that you use sufficient postage. We recommend insured shipping with a tracking number so that you can track the shipment. We cannot accept any liability for lost returns.

The address for the return will be communicated to you by email after your cancellation.
