Please note that you can only return items to us within the 14-day cancellation period.

You can manage your orders in our Help Center:

Select the "Return" button and then log in with your email address

You will then receive a code by email to log in.

After successfully logging in, you will receive an overview of your current orders.

Open the relevant order by clicking on the arrow.

Select the "Report a problem" button

Then select the drop-down menu item "I would like to return a product"

Your return request will now be processed by an employee and you will receive your answer by email.
